Knife Party choose to name their latest mix in the same fashion as Deadmau5, with 32 minutes of blistering electro house and dub at their disposal.

The two former Pendulum members Rob Swire and Gareth McGrillen pound out another set filled to the brim with remarkable tunes from the past year or so, marking the anniversary or so of Knife Party’s swift emergence into the dance scene. While there aren’t any true new tracks on the mix, Swire and McGrillen include two VIP versions of their hits Rage Valley and Internet Friends that show the more moombah side of the duo while simultaneously bottling up all that brilliant energy from the originals. They then continue with electro house pumpers like Jordy Dazz and Dannic’s Fuego and Lazy Rich’s remix of Silhouettes, before swerving directly into dubstep monsters like  Pegboard Nerds’ remix of Quiet Riot and Dirtyphonics’ take on Deviance. There’s an aggressive rapidfire quality to the mix that allows the duo to throw in a whopping 17 tracks, so make sure to give the set a listen below via Knife Party’s Soundcloud.
